I live for the simple pleasures & beauty in the everyday. It's noticing the little things that brings so much more meaning and delight to your day. My quest is the art of living, and leaving a legacy of living in my wake, to inspire more love, adventure & heart opening experiences.

Born in Inverell, Australia on Kamilaroi Country and with my distant linage coming from the British Isles, Ireland and Scandinavia. I have always felt a deep connection to my Australian land, raised in the country and by the coast. I cherish my connection to nature, the sun, the moon, the land and the sea.

I felt so lost in this world growing up, I felt like I was so separate for everyone, and everything, even my family most of the time. It was like no one could see me for who I really was. It was like no one had the time and patience to get to know me. But I didn't even know me, I didn't know how to know myself... Through years of inner work & study I have finally come out of my little Cancer shell and I am in my full bloom Taurus Empress Era. Astrology, Human Design & Gene Keys held up a mirror to all I felt inside and said... this is you, you can do this!

So here I am diving head first in to entrepreneurship, ready to share the gifts I have discovered on my souls path! So join me on this journey of self-love, self-discovery, and unapologetic confidence as I hold a vision for all people to be living their soul highest timeline in love, peace & prosperity.

MY STORY

Having spent the last 20 years studying and working in healthcare, more specifically Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), I have a deep understanding of science and the human body. The last 6 years I have has studied a number of modalities including reiki, astrology, human design, spirituality and embodiment, connecting the dots between modern science, quantum physics and spirituality. I am passionate about helping others connect to their true authentic self through unconditional love, and helping them rediscover their true essence and life's purpose.

On a self-healing journey since 2013 when I had my first kinesiology appointment, I became intrigued with energetic healing. While studying my Masters in Medical Radiation Science (MRI) and understanding more about how our bodies are energy, and then experiencing profound changes in my own healing journey through kinesiology, it has started a never ending thirst for knowledge and understanding of this world and how powerful our mind and body is when in alignment. Majority of my life I always felt unloved, despite having a loving family there always seemed to be separation and misunderstanding. Through the years there were many difficult times including bullying, exclusion, cheating and sexual assault which all created further feelings of being lost and unloved. The love I did receive from others was never enough to fill this emptiness. At 33 years old I was asked by a friend “do you love yourself?”, I responded with “well I don’t hate myself”. This was the real shift of awareness as I entered my self love journey to truly unlock my soul's authentic self and my personal power.
